Rotary die-cut electronic parts are often engaged in complex process. It requires achieving precise product sizes and tolerances, with sophisticated converting process involves dual height cutting, top and bottom cutting, de-lamination or re-lamination, and also involving various types of materials. Rotary tools need to be made with extra high precision to match with rigid converting process. Flexible Dies have certain limited applications to die-cut thin materials, but when confronting thick materials, double-sided tapes, or inline waste removing requirements, Solid Rotary Dies would be more suitable with significant advantages. Solid Rotary Dies can be made as different styles such as Pin Ejection, Air Ejection, Air Suction, dual height blades etc., to meet the process requirements.
