Paper Cups

Paper cups and boxes are quite often involved using thicker cardboard materials. Flexible Dies could not be made with sufficiently high enough blades to crush cut clean of thick cardboard materials, or blades tend not to last long enough for large volume of die-cut jobs. Also, creasing lines and perforation lines are often seen with various product designs of paper cups and paper boxes. Solid Rotary Dies are the ideal solutions to both creasing and cut through applications.
