Rotary die-cut face stock of pressure sensitive label materials, also commonly called as kiss cut or half cut, most label converting companies nowadays would choose Magnetic Cylinder and Flexible Dies, due to cost efficiency and quick availability. Nevertheless despite the Flexible Dies have increasingly become the main rotary die-cut tools in label industry, there are also exceptions such as die-cut long term or repeat orders, cut through single layer film materials such as IML (in mold labels), special thick face stock or adhesive such as double sided tapes, etc., Solid Rotary Dies still have obvious advantages.
