To ensure accuracy of die-cut and for ease of mounting Flat Bed Flexible Die, Flat Bed Magnetic Base is essential and important parts to be used together with Flatbed Flexible Dies.

Flatbed Magnetic Base can be designed and manufactured to suit most of Flat Bed printing machine or die-cut machine. Available thickness of base ranges from 12mm to 40mm, length and width are subject to further evaluation of the die-cut machine.

Flat Bed Magnetic Base from Rotary Technology are made of high quality steel, tempered to ensure long term stability. High strength permanent magnets are selected and used to ensure superior magnetic strength. Special super strong magnets are also available for small sized Flat Bed Magnetic Base and some other special applications. High strength glue is selected to eliminate any possibility of raised glue and raised magnets issues. The final precision grinded Flat Bed Magnetic Base can be controlled with a few microns in terms of its flatness, which is essential to achieve perfect die-cut results with even cutting impression on release liner.
