Air Assisted Tint Unit is aimed to assist printers to easily exchange the rubber sleeves. Compared with solid coated rubber roller, the Air Assist Tint Roller has advantages of flexible rubber sleeve width, be able to exchanged by the operator without sending back the roller for rubber coating. The whole unit includes Air Assisted Shaft, Locking Rings, Rubber Sleeve, Air Probe, etc.. The Rubber Sleeves are normally made of high quality PU Rubber and come with a few different diameter sizes.

The Air Assisted Ting Roller is widely used for vanishing, coating and base color printing, and it provides excellent flexibility and convenience for converting companies.
