Solid Engraved Rotary Cutters are traditional but the most commonly used rotary tools suitable for various applications. Creasing Rotary Dies made by Rotary Technology utilizes the best available high quality tool steel, going through rigid CNC engraving process and vacuum heat-treatment with average hardness controlled at optimum 60-61 Rockwell, to ensure excellent performance in wear resistance and long term stability. 

As a special design of Rotary Die, the Creasing Die is designed and made for crush creasing with tip of blades as ladder-shape, which crush into material supported by Rubber Coated Roller. The applications can be used on envelope, tag and certain cardboard products.
