Integrated Print Cylinders are made of high quality steel pipe, mounted with induction hardened shaft, with entire cylinder ground within a few micron accuracy, then finally chrome coated to ensure anti-rust and corrosion. 

The “light weight style” of Integrated Print Cylinders are made to suit certain flexographic printing press, to achieve excellent printing registration and printing results.
