Die-cut Support Rollers
For many rotary die-cut stations with three rollers design, the bottom Support Roller, also acting as driving roller, is essential part of the rotary die-cut stations. The Support Rollers need to be strong and precise to sustain the weight of top two rollers as well as die-cut pressure applied.
Anvil Roller from Rotary Technology utilize high quality tool steel, vacuum heat-treated to 60-62 HRC or in certain case induction hardened, then precisely ground to designed body diameter, with tolerances in 1-2 microns ranges.
