All Print Cylinders are made with precise concentricity and strictly controlled finish body diameter, to facilitate achieving even color printing and excellent registration.

Print Cylinders can be made to suit most of letterpress, flexo and combination presses. There are several ranges available: Standard Aluminum style, Integrated with Shaft style, assembly style with shaft, bearers and Gears, and also the latest sleeve style. Rotary Technology manufactures all these types of Print Cylinders as per OEM machinery drawings, and strictly complies with international industry standard for accuracy and tolerances.

Assembled Print Cylinders include Print Cylinder Body, Bearers, Shaft and Gear, to be assembled with high accuracy strictly as per OEM drawings. The tight tolerances of finish body diameter, concentricity (TIR) and hardened Ground Gears, ensure set of Print Cylinders to achieve excellent print registration and minimize any gear marks or roller marks.
