Flexible Dies from Rotary Technology utilizes top quality hardened spring steel imported from Europe, going through rigid chemical milling process, then to be finished by CNC machining. Blade height can be controlled within a few microns to designed TPH. Blade to blade distance can also be controlled precisely within requested tolerances, to meet growing stringent requirement from label printing industry, in particularly from electronic label segment. 

Standard Flexible Dies are treated with Nickel Plating process, not only ensures functions of anti-rust and anti-corrosion, but also extend the lifespan of blades. Standard Flexible Dies from Rotary Technology has advantages of excellent balance between high precision rotary die-cut and costs control.
