Flexible Dies from Rotary Technology utilizes top quality hardened spring steel imported from Europe, going through rigid chemical milling process, then to be finished by CNC machining. Blade height can be controlled within a few microns to designed TPH. Blade to blade distance can also be controlled precisely within requested tolerances, to meet growing stringent requirement from label printing industry, in particularly from electronic label segment. 

Premium Flexible Dies are treated with Nano-Diamonds coating technology, not only ensures functions of anti-rust and anti-corrosion, but also extend significantly of lifespan of blades. Premium Flexible Dies from Rotary Technology are suitable for kiss-cut long run jobs, especially film labels used by auto-labeling process, which not only requires light cutting impressions, but also durable in lifespan.
